About Real Narrative

Charles Chesnut is the founder and principal consultant of Real Narrative. He looks at projects through multiple lenses: strategy, content, branding, digital, and a deep understanding of how organizations work. He sees not just the task at hand, but the context around it.

Charles has led transformation projects across strategy, content and digital. He’s led content and editorial teams, research teams, UX teams, and innovation teams. He’s managed multiple websites. He has worked for companies ranging in size from startups to some of the world’s largest organizations. Along the way he’s learned that culture and work methods are critical to success.

Charles is an Adjunct Lecturer in the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida, where he teaches courses including Strategy and Employee Experience. He holds certification in Generative AI from MIT.
